A generation-old recipe passed down from owner’s grandma and mom, this is the highlight of the Bun (thit nuong) Cha (gio) Que bowl. At the moment fried spring rolls is only available in 2 flavours, pork (no seafood/egg), and vegan (vegetable and egg). It is crispy, flavourful and goes well with the dipping fish sauce provided.
